Our farm is coming to life after a long winter. Garlic is off to a kick’n start, all sort of spring transplants will be planted out in the next week and many of our summer starts are sown and germinated.
With a more normal spring forecast in front off us we should still be on track for our late May CSA start. Thanks to you all for supporting our farm. Please see below for our upcoming events!
Nuts and Bolts Farm Tour on Saturday, May 2nd from 9am-1pm: Robert will be leading a tour discussing our seed to consumer planting schedule, our cultural techniques for disease and pest management as well as tips for gardeners of any level. Come on out and gain a better understanding of our growing practices and soak up some ideas to improve your green thumb. Small plant sale to follow!
Family Friendly Farm Tour on Sunday, May 3rd from 1pm-3pm: Excitement includes feeding the chickens, flower potting station, and farmer lead taste and touch veggie tour.
**If rain is eminent on either day we will do them both on the nicer day.**
